“The hotel is located right in the middle of Ximen area. You get out of the hotel and you're in the middle of it. It's 2 min by foot from the Red House, the shops and restaurants. They even have a washing machine and a drier you can use for free, and even give you detergent at the reception.”

“Initially, I was rather upset that my room wasn't available when I arrived at 3 pm (ie Via hotel's check-in timing) after a long tiring journey from Cingjing. The delay was due to ongoing maintenance of the hotel's facilities and for safety reasons, the staff had delayed my check-in. I appreciated the staff patience and time spent to explain the circumstances. The manager even offer to extend my check-out timing on the day of departure! When I returned later in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised when I realised that the staff had took the initiative to move my luggage from level 2 reception to my room on level 5. 24 hour pantry with a coffee machine is such a wonderful and useful amenity.”
“The beds were super comfortable; supportive without being hard. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, but well appointed. We had a bathtub room with a HUGE tub. Hotel was central to a shopping district and a very active nightlife. If I ever make it back to Taipei, I will stay here again.”

“Cosy hotel located at the heart of Ximending (5 mins walk from XMD MRT exit 6). Super friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom size is kind of small (limited space to open luggage) but size of bathroom is good. Laundry room with dryer is a plus. 24-hour snack bar provides good varieties of snacks, bead and drinks. Their green tea and milk tea are my family's fav.”
“Love the location. At first, it’s very hard to find as the lobby is located at second floor of clothing store in a small alley. But you will love how convenient its location is later on, easy access to Ximending area & subway station.”
