“The hotel location was fantastic. Literally a 10 minute walk from Hiroshima train station so very easy and convenient to get to. Hotel was spotlessly clean and upon arrival, the hotel reception staff even offered free pampering goodies, which was lovely! Breakfast was good too and the facilities were great for other guests - free tea/coffee, free cakes and food!”

“Everything is available, free or for small charge. Staff is very helpful (e.g. we came in from the heavy rain and we got two towels at the reception). From 2PM up to 11PM breakfast room available with free juices and tea and coffee. Small cakes and snacks also. Very complete!”
“Having come across very apathetic members of staff at the hotel I stayed at in Kyoto (Hotel Unizo Kyoto Shijo Karasuma), I was extremely relieved to be met with welcoming, kind and helpful staff here. Being able to rent out a bicycle was a wonderful touch. Having welcome coffee/tea laid out after 2pm was also very thoughtful, even though I didn't try any of them, I did pay the eating area a visit and it looked decent enough. I also decided to not have my room cleaned on the second day, but it was nice of the cleaner/whoever it was to leave a bag outside of my bedroom with new towels, robes etc. Oh! Also, don't feel like you have to take anything from the welcome basket when you check in (unless you want to). I was a bit taken aback and confused as I thought the bedroom wouldn't have any of the necessities but it did.”
