  • Please note that according to Brazilian Federal Law guests under 18 years of age cannot check-in at hotels, unless they are accompanied by a or legal guardian.<br><br>If the minor is not accompanied by one of the persons mentioned above, a written consent signed by both parents and stamped by the local authorities will be required to check-in. This document must include a certified copy of both parents&apos; identification documents.<br><br>Please note that according to S&#xE3;o Paulo State Law, the reception must keep a copy of the document presented at check-in.<br><br>For rooms with a double occupancy rate, 1 child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.<br><br>Please note that only small dogs and cats (up to 15 kilos) are accepted, after a request is made. Proof of vaccines and deworming needs to be presented at the check in. Accommodation fee is BRL 50 per day.
