“The lady at the reception is so friendly and helpful although she can't speak English at all. This pretty lady helped me a lot when some unexpected incidents happened and tried her best to help us. We left and checked out before the breakfast time (8am) and she knew a day before so she prepared the breakfast earlier so that we could at least fill our stomach before bound to Moscow. It's so comfortable and convenient to us for the locations, facilities etc. They even have umbrellas ready at the entrance for you during rainy days. Not all Russians are so helpful but she is one of the most helpful Russians I've ever met in Russia. (I've studied in Moscow for 6 years and it's so hard to meet a helpful Russian like her). Highly recommended for anyone who is planning to visit St Petersburg.”
