“Die Suiten sind sehr luxuriös und eignen sich dank einer guten Heizung auch für die kältere Jahreszeit. Die Lage und der Blick ins Tal sind wunderbar. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut alle Teile der Insel erreichen. Die Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer waren überragend. Mit viel Liebe wurde ein reichhaltiges, exzellentes und sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück zubereitet. Es war der beste Aufenthalt, den wir in Kreta hatten (insgesamt vier Hotels). Auch ist insgesamt zu bemerken, dass Kreta ein empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel ist. Sowohl kulturell als auch landschaftlich sehr reizvoll und von früheren politischen Spannungen oder der Finanzkrise ist überhaupt nichts zu spüren. Die echte Gastfreundschaft, insbesondere in Vergis Epavlis, ist noch einmal besonders hervorzuheben.”
