“Beautiful location, amazing staff, very clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is in the middle of an Araucanias forest, in front of Lonquimay volcano. Spectacular view, very good organization of excursions, daily activities for kids and adults.”
“Location of this hotel is excelente. We got better room than we booked with breathtaking volcano view . Renting a car gives you freedom but there is activity desk where interesting trips are offered. Receptionists are very nice and helpful. We enjoyed sunrise during cold morning in warm pool outside - it was awesome :-) Crater Navidad is only 5 min drive and to climb on top takes only 60 min.”

“The location of this hotel in an araucaria forest, smack across from a volcano is stunning. Lupen flowers border the dirt road leading to the hotel for miles. I can't comment on activities offered. We loved being in the araucaria forest surrounding the hotel, examining the plants, watching the birds. This was our first time in Chile, so this type of tree, vegetation were new to us. We got the room at a low promotional low season rate.”
