Because I could not make it and had to cancel for medical reasons I lost over $100.00. I am retired and that is a lot of money for you to keep and not reschedule for me during hard times. I think you need to work with people and not just steal their money from them when they only want to reschedule for another date. Other motels and hotels work with their customers to accommodate. You need to have much better customer service. Greedy!”
