“We arrived at the hotel at 4.30am hoping to at least leave our bags and have a seat until check in but they gave us a room straight away, refusing any extra payment! They also sent our laundry out for a very reasonable rate. We stayed extra days because the room was very comfortable and good value. Very near shops, restaurants etc. Also they have mineral water freely available.”

“Great facilities and location, et cetera is one category BUT when you have someone like James quarterbacking at the Reception Desk it makes for a 5 Star from us. We stayed here twice within 2 weeks and our second visit was to be for 2 nights. They changed it to one night for us when we discovered we had to leave on the 5th to be at our Next location on the 6th. AND without any cancellation charge. You won't find most Hotels doing that for you.”
