“Exellent interior of hotel. The rooms were very spacious. Very friendly staff. Friendly and helpful staff - most speak some english, comfortable western style rooms with lots of space, variety of restaurants and bars. Lunch and dinner buffet is incredible Hotel is close to Urawa station and well suited for 1-3 nights. Hihgly recomended this hotel.”
“Several restaurants are available within the hotel, there was no need for us to look for a place to eat outside the hotel. We had dinner at the buffet restaurant on the ground floor and they have above average food quality.”
