“What a service! Very friendly staff and a nice, new, hotel. Breakfast is basic but good and it has all you need to start the day with eggs, toast etc. During our stay in Thailand we have met a lot of friendly people but this is the absolute winner. Nothing was too much to ask. Our suitcases were taken upstairs. We used this hotel for our last night in Bangkok. We wanted to visit downtown for the last time. The receptionist arranged a taxi with meter. For the way back he advised us to have the driver call him. Before asking if we had a phone he presented a special phone for this purpose. Just press green and hand it over to the driver. All in all very recommendable. The next morning we were dropped off at the airport. Compliments!!”
“This hotel is close to the airport and provides a shuttle. Rooms were very large with good air-conditioning. Staff were excellent. We were leaving too early for the included breakfast, so they offered us a free lunch or evening meal instead.”
“Very clean, large rooms, good ensuite. nice clean pool surrounded by garden. Free shuttle pick up from airport. Close to airport, time depends on time of day and road works. 15 - 30 mins. Good breakfast included, bacon and eggs etc. Very nice helpful staff and driver.”
“U-Tiny is very close to Bangkok Airport. We had a few days in Bangkok and wanted to stay close to the airport - this suited us but it might not suit others as the U-Tiny is quite isolated. The staff took us to the Skytrain station and we had a long day and evening in Bangkok before returning to the U-Tiny. The U-Tiny feels like an oasis from the craziness of Bangkok and we enjoyed its serene location and atmosphere. We also travelled into Bangkok via one of the main klongs - the staff set this up for us and it was great. We found the food delicious at the U-Tiny.”
