- Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled without full stay charge. Otherwise, a 3-day cancellation policy applies to hotel rooms and 14-day policy applies to apartments. Early check out, no show or amendment is on the same terms as above.<br><br>If the reservation is non-refundable the card will be charged for the full stay amount prior to arrival.<br><br>For other reservations, the credit card provided will be pre-authorised for the total stay amount 9 days prior to your arrival. This will block that amount on your card for 10 days, whereafter the amount will be released back to the card. When you arrive at the hotel you will not yet have paid for your stay. Payment is due on arrival. Should you decide to pay with the same card that was used to guarantee your booking, and was preauthorised, the amount blocked will be automatically put towards the amount charged.<br><br>Non-UK credit card holders only:<br>Where available, the GBP amount will be converted to your ‘home’ card currency and processed through our credit card machine.
