“The hotel room was fantastic amazing facilities for the price and when we wanted to stay another night they were extremely helpful. Both rooms that we stayed in were clean and comfortable the hotel all together was the best I've stayed in and one staff member a female stood out and made our visit even better. The location of the hotel was perfect it was near everything, there was plenty of amazing hotels nearby and activities it is close to the ice rink, Christmas market and shopping centre, it is also close to the Tyne river where we went sight seeing! Furthermore, the bathroom in the hotel was clean and spacious adding to the room! The staff made our visit stand out they remembered us and gave us advice of places nearby and vouchers for the places we went!”

“I stayed in the hotel with my boyfriend for a night out in Newcastle with friends, there was no need to spend money on taxis, the hotel is in an amazing location! The hotel was clean and had everything necessary for a short stay (no kettle though). The staff were friendly and the main reason my review is so high is because I left a Daniela Draper necklace in my room that has significant centimental value, I was devastated when I thought I’d lost it! However, I emailed the hotel a couple of days later and they said it had been handed in by housekeeping, my emails were replied to quickly and politely and the necklace was sent as soon as payment was sorted! If you’re looking for a couple of nights away in the centre of Newcastle, this hotel is perfect!”
