“The breakfast spread was adequate.I as an Indian required an adaptor to charge my mobiles and my laptop.They took more than 12 hours to find an adaptor stating all the while that other guests have been given one.It was indeed a lie.Afterwards they found an adaptor which was not working.I went to the RAK market and acquired an spike buster for 12AED.I told them if we had relied upon them i would have come up short in my meetings.”

“We were a group of 9 people from Dubai, and attended a concert in RAK for the day, so it was perfect value for money. We liked our Flamingo Suites -they were super clean and pretty big. We paid a small fee for breakfast which was pretty great for us for the drive back to Dubai. The showers and toilet were wonderful. And the room service was fantastic. We all managed to park our cars in the shaded parking lot behind the hotel which was perfect. We booked 3 suites out and only one was ready and were told to wait an hour or more for the other two rooms to be ready. I requested that we had only an hour to get ready and leave so we need the rooms to be ready asap. They were very fast and kind enough to accommodate to that request. The other two rooms were ready in half an hour.”

“The room was very comfortable and had all the basic amenities available upon check in. The fellow who checked me in was very friendly and made good conversation. The wifi was super fast and because the tv wasnt behaving friendly, i just watched netflix on my phone before calling it a night. Great thing about the location is Naeem Mall is very close by so you can always hop in there for a meal or movie.”
“The bed was extra comfy, we enjoyed the strong wifi signal where multiple users can connect to without slowing it down, a selection of cable channels, nice breakfast and lastly we were told that we can stay and check out until 2:00 pm since they weren't fully booked for the day. It was overall a pleasant stay recommended for family and friends.”
