The staff answered many inquiries in the language of my choice. Great place for side tours exterior from the city like Segovia and Avila.”

“Super friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. We had a wonderful corner room - spacious and airy. Although the hotel is not in the centre of town it is easy to hop on the train (5min walk from hotel to Chamartin Station). You are downtown within minutes. We also spent a lovely day wandering the neighbourhood of Chamartin which is very pleasant.”
