“attention to detail was phenomenal. i loved the personalized note for the shoe bag for my shoes. wonderful and attentive staff. good food especially at breakfast. i must say that the bathroom amenities were of the highest quality. i ended up buying the products in bulk from the store at the airport.”
“What I love the most of Trident Hotels is the level of personalised service that I receive again and again. No matter what I ask for, the hotel staff always responds quickly, with grace and a smile, never questioning my requests. Not only that, they go totally out of their way to offer you a memorable service. On my last stay at Trident BKC Mumbai, I mentioned to one of the waitresses at breakfast (Komal) that I liked the green tea that they served and that I'd love to have a little more to have in the room later. Soon after she came with a whole bag of Japanese loose green tea for me to take (around 250g of tea!!) which I've been enjoying daily since I stayed there a month ago. And there were many more details like this during my stay! ;-)”
“The bed was huge and the room was spacious. It was kept spotlessly clean and fresh, although the pillows were too flat for my liking. The pool was excellent too.”

“The pillows were huge and comfortable. The gym had a rowing machine, kettlebells, and a place to do pull-ups. This is unusual to have all these items in a hotel gym, but it's a very good thing. Gym was a bit hot, though, with a lot of windows.”
