“I stayed for 3 nights, two before going to Pamukkale and one upon arriving back in Istanbul. First room was a bit small and had no view. It had its basics and it was clean. The best part was the staff, very honest. I accidentally left my bag (with personal documents and checks in the hotel, and they contacted me via phone and email ASAP to let me know. They kept my belongings in safe-keeping while I toured around Turkey for more than a week and when I got back to the hotel, everything was in order (I didn't even have to book a room while I was away. The second room I got was better furnished than the first, but still no view.”
