“We arrived late (midnight) yet there will still hotel staff there to greet us. Check in was simple and didn't take too long. When I initially booked the hotel, the room shown had a double bed and a single bed for the 3 of us, however, upon arrival there was only a double bed and then a make shift bed was put together for the third guest. We were given bottles of water when we asked for them which was handy. Rooms were equipped with functioning TVs, air con and a fan. On check out, we left our bags so we could wander around Kolkata for the day and returned later that day to collect them before heading to the airport. The hotel is quite conveniently located, not being too far away from Park Street for a few bars / shops (albeit get a taxi / tuk tuk rather than walking). It was also only a 10 minute journey to Maiden Park.”

“I really liked the area as its so close to the park as well as Quest Mall Shopping Centre.It is very easy and quick to get around. The Service is just incredibly, very attentive and flexible. Me as a single traveler from Germany felt very safe all the way through. The location is noisy though but thats how India is and they did everything to give me a quiet room as I was sick on arrival and really needed some quiet time to recover. Rajat was one of the staff and very helpful to and time. Even the hotel manager did everything possible to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.”
