“I requested a quiet room with queen sized beds. Queen was not available so we had two very standard small double beds for 4 near adults (two teenage daughters) and then they placed us on the bottom floor across from the laundry and ice machine. It was noisy, dirty and expensive. The only up side was that when I complained about the noise the next morning they charged me what the room would be actually worth which was 80.00 a night.”
