“History...my first stay at the property was in 1976, when my Qantas flight to Christchurch was cancelled due to fog. The airline arranged accommodation and I was allocated to the Travelodge. The overnight accommodation included dinner - I had lobster, but that's another story - and my memory of the property as value for money in the centre of Sydney remained. So, revisiting so many years later, twice within a month, simply confirmed my recollections of the property's location, value for money, and friendly/helpful staff. If it ain't broke don't fix is is a very apt expression for the property. I'll be back.”
