It’s very affordable and at walking distance to the beautiful lake Como and City Centre of Cernobbio (small gem at the lake). At the lake you find the boats to go to Como and Bellagio and a nice public Swimmingpool.”

“This is a modest property set in a quiet, residential part of Cernobbio 5 minutes by foot from the lakeside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, and bed comfortable, with a small bathroom and basic storage (one wardrobe), however perfect for our needs. There was a kettle in the room, and the wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast was a continental buffet of pastries, bread, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, jam, cereal, yogurt and a fresh fruit salad.”

“The setting, a quaint old style House Witt big rooms with high ceilings and a balcony, with lovely views of the mountains and the lake. There was a terrace, which you should be ale to enjoy for breakfast, dinner or evening drinks unless you arrivein the middle of a storm like we did. The food in the restaurant is superb. Have dinner there at least once if you are staying a few days. Likewise, the breakfast is amazing. The hotel is 400 mt2 from the lake but I preferred it that way as it was in very quiet surroundings. Do nit hesitate to book this place. It's peaceful, calm, romantic if you are a couple, excellent food and pleasant (not intrusive) staff.”
