“Very new feeling hotel. We had a lovely room with a comfy bed, a kitchenette, two burner glass top stove and a full size refrigerator. Loved the availability of a gas grill outside in a nice courtyard (plus the hotel supplies the grilling equipment --- all you need is the meat!). What a wonderful spot for sports teams to stay!! Also they have a shuttle that will take you to local restaurants/businesses which is a nice added bonus. This hotel is a real deal--- we won't stay anywhere else in Cheyenne.”
“I was traveling with my daughter to Chyenne. On that day my mother had died in Oregon. The front desk clerk, Aimee Raya, greeted me and ask how I was. I fell apart. Aimee was so kind & empathetic. She promised she was a good listener and she was right. She also made up a little bag with a water & candy for my daughter & I with a heartfelt message attached. The next day she helped me print & fax important info to the funeral home in Oregon. Aimee is a genuine people person and excellent at her job! She always had a smile on her face and went above & beyond! Thank you Aimee for everything! I will definately be staying with Hampton again because of her especially and your staff in general!”
