“The desk person was dry . Also I booked an top floor room. She said there were none available. I then explained I am sick and I have a violent headaches and Please? Do not put me near the elevator,nor ice machines. Not to be troublesome it was a simple request. I was put near the elevator and the stairs. The people over my room #106 they were banging all night. The person next to me hit the walls all-night on the side where my head board faced. I discovered it was the stairs. After I let her know how diar. My health issue was. She never apologized. Or anything, I told her have a good rest of your day. She said nothing. Please look at the tape. Please thank you.”
