The counter staff are pleasant and understand English much better than some staff in other Japan hotel. Moreover, the hotel is generous in providing daily personal needs at the lobby such as shaving kits, lotions, glasses cleaning paper, choices of tea and coffee, etc...which you can pick as much as you want.”

The hotel also provides a wide set of nice toiletries. In the middle of Ginza, great for shopping and quick walk to the fish market. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Access to the hotel was so simple. Metro station half a block away.”
