Restaurant was closed in the morning and lunch for a private function but no one had told us to make other arrangements so we had no where to eat breakfast and had to wait till lunch to go to another hotel to eat. No access to the hotel from the car park and it was raining. They should change their staff and they would have a great hotel.”
