“room is spacey,best view of Lake Toya from the window.Hotel is gigantic but atmosphere in the lobby is serene with enchanting live concert in late afternoon. a little bit of disappointment when dinning at Michel Bras,the Michelin starred restaurant.Don't think we get the best seafood product (bearing in mind that we are in Japan,the country of best seafoods in the world).Onsen is superb,particularly the outdoor pool.”

The staff at the Japanese restaurant was great, but the one at the reception does not feel that welcoming. Breakfast was awesome. The walk around the resort was great, and there are activities you can choose to do.”
