“The hotel is in an elevated, prime location. This affords wonderful views across Filey Bay from our room and the dining room. Pleasant bar.”
“Considering the cost of one night the hotel room was very poor, dusty bedside table lights, badly marked bedside table, off white towels, dirty toilet brush (yuck) no headboard on double bed and my husband because of this whacked his head off the wall. Informed after booking for my husbands birthday that there was a private function on that evening so we were unable to eat in the restaurant after 7pm! Parking was charged at £10 per day also, The list is endless. We will be using our usual beautiful, immaculate B & B Esmae House when we return to Filey”
