“Hotel bar, restaurant very welcoming , warm , cosy feel. Rooms exceptional, clean and newly refurbished with high quality furnishing and bedding. Bathroom compact but decent size shower ,new towels and spotlessly clean with high end toiletries. Nice touches like coffee maker with pods of choice etc.. Location brilliant just across the river from Knigston and hampton court down the road. We went to the rugby at Twickeham , walked in about 45 minutes . Definately recommend”

“The hotel is very clean and well run. Staff are professional, efficient, friendly and accommodating. When I had a difficulty about security tags left on some sale clothing that I had purchased in the nearby and very well provisioned shopping area of Kingston, the receptionist explained to me that those were tags to be removed at home rather than the store and then assisted me in removing them. I was very grateful for her assistance since this saved me a trip back to the store when I was in a hurry to get to my conference. It was also nice to be close to the large Christmas market at Kingston and its pretty lights and entertainment.”

“A very nice hotel, pretty much in the english tradition of small hotels. Rooms are basic ones but very confortable, including the possibility of brewing a tea by the evening. Staff was very helpful and friendly.”
