“ON ARRIVE WE WERE TOLD THAT ARE BOOKING HAD BEEN. CANCEL.THE girl on Reception was no help at all. She was going to tell us to leave!until other reception found are booking. Food in restaurant was very poor. Will never eat they agan. There was only one girl in the restaurant doing everything. We seem other people giving there food back untouched!”
“This is our second visit and this time we stayed in the hotel and not a lodge. The duplex accommodation was lovely and cosy and benefits from a large balcony. The cooking facilities are not fabulous but adequate for breakfast/snack. The restaurant food is a high standard as is the service. The bar lets it down a bit especially as they now have a pool table in it and the noise is off putting. here are only 10 tables. The location is very peaceful but on the downside if you wanted to go out for a drink or meal outwith the hotel you have to drive as there is nothing within walking distance. Looking forward to going back again.”

“Fantastic location with stunning views! I'm a wheelchair user. Disabled room only partly met my needs as adequate shower chair not available, but this is often the case! Maintenance supervisor very helpful answering questions in advance in describing type of bed and clearance underneath because we needed to bring a portable hoist. Staff very obliging and helpful all round, especially reception and restaurant Maître d' in finding best table for wheelchair access! Great place, lovely staff.”
