“The accommodation was separate to the main building which meant it was quiet, a short walk for breakfast and the bar. Plenty of parking spaces. The rooms were clean and modern, housekeeping was good. Free use of the adjacent swimming pool, sauna and gym was great. Good selection of choice for breakfast which you help yourself to.”
“Super clean, super friendly staff. We ate each night in the restaurant and although there wasn't a massive choice what there was was delicious, and HUGE portions. Couldn't manage 3 courses! The surrounding area is beautiful for walking and a busy village within 5 minutes walk. We stayed after walking up Snowdon and used the spa facilities, especially the Jacuzzi to ease tired muscles the next day.”

“The rooms were to a high standard and comfy. We stayed at the lodge, so could park 2 feet from the door, which was great when packing to go climbing. Spar is excellent and probably the best food in the area. probably the best place in betws y coed”
“Good to have parking immediately outside the room. Bed comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Great location for accessing Snowdonia and surrounding countryside, including National Trust and Cadw properties. Good leisure centre on site (free entrance for guests). Staff very helpful.”
“The staff (really really helpful and friendly), the health club very well appointed and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and buffet style,with specials available. The bar/restaurant adequate (nothing special) but quick and friendly. The ensuite was very well appointed with modern fittings and decoration. The hotels toilets were very well appointed and clean and bright. (Strangely only female and disabled in the bar, male and female upstairs).”
