Housekeeping of a very high standard; the rooms were spotless ( we had to change due to a booking error but very swiftly and efficiently done). We have eaten, three times, the best Dover Sole for decades. The breakfast kippers were the thickest and mildest (tastiest) and the finest that the writer has ever eaten. We are delighted to say there is very little to fault this lovely hotel other than the rooms were rather hot although a fan was provided.”

“The view from the room was impressive. Although the room did not directly overlook the sea, there was a clear sea view from the balcony. The bathroom was a very good size, with 2 separate rooms; the first containing a walk in shower area and basin/cabinet full of products with the second room having a bath with shower over the bath, toilet, and basin/cabinet full of products. The room itself was initially a 'wow' due to its size and apparent grandeur. However, the experience did not continue to impress...”
