“We booked in to the Twelve and found the girl on reception was just excellent. We were given our arrival drink which was really nice. We had booked a triple room and had checked to see if there was a chance of an upgrade. We were told that the hotel was completely booked and that we had one of the better rooms anyway. Both of those facts were wrong. Room was ok but we had to request blankets as the duvets were simply covers with no duvets inside. One of the beds was a sofa bed.”

“The staff couldn't have been nicer! They gave us a complimentary coffee from the bakery as we were leaving. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and had the most beautiful Voya products!”
