“Excellent staff, very friendly and informative, nothing too much trouble for them. Rooms spacious and lovely bathroom with excellent White Company toiletries, lovely white fluffy towels and a shower cubicle, perfect! Very useful to have an ironing board etc. Very good location for theatre, Christmas markets, shops and art gallery, Ryland Library. Convenient for train stations, within walking distance to Oxford Rd station. The hotel menu was fine and our light lunch was served quickly by a very pleasant waitress. Good to have a safe and tea making tray. The room was also comfortably warm.”
