“The hotel was deserted on our arrival. The staff were nowhere to be seen. We had to go searching for them in the dining room. After check in we came to the bar for a pre-departure drink again it was deserted and had the appearance of it being closed. We found a member of staff who them came a stayed at the bar. He was a very friendly chap. But I got the feeling it was more Faulty Towers, than Tower House. The bedroom facilities are very basic and furniture cheap. But all in all it was comfortable. We did not stay for breakfast as again, it all looked rather quiet and un staffed.”
