“Best location in Tokyo with easy access to shopping and business district. Wonderful building and atmosphere, blending Tokyo‘s finest heritage with contemporary materials and colours. Breakfast in the Atrium is a wonderful way to start the day.”
“Our room was very luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable. All the staff were lovely. Excellent location if you wish to catch a train as it is directly above the station.”
“The Japanese restaurant staff very pleasant and food excellent. Conciege staff friendly and very helpful, one escorted me to the train, helping me with the luggage. I throughly enjoyed the breakfast at The Atrium on the 4th floor.”
“Exceptional staff, even for Japan. Location is such that you can get anywhere in Japan directly from the hotel.”
“We like EVERYTHING about this historic hotel. The staff is the best. The location is central with lots to do around the hotel, tons of restaurants and shops both in the buildings next door and in the train station. Best beds, best showers. The Atrium has a wonderful breakfast buffet with 110 choices. This past trip was the third time we've stayed at the TSH. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.”
“The hotel is beautiful inside and out. One feels like a character in an Agatha Christie novel staying there. Outside the old world exterior (with 21st century facilities inside) Tokyo restaurants, shops and department stores are a couple of streets away. The icing on the cake of a wonderful couple of days was a delightful young bellboy wheeling our luggage and escorting us down through the corridors of Tokyo Station right to the door of our Narita Express carriage.”
“Beautiful hotel in the heart of Tokyo. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. The best Concierge service ever. !!!! We are coming back !”
“The room was comfortable and very well appointed, all staff were extremely helpful and also welcoming, the breakfast was very good.”
“I don’t know what is meant by genius perks Breakfast was good however there were long queues on our last day which did not affect us as we got in a little earlier(I observed about thirty in the queue). If we had been caught up in the queue we may have had to skip breakfast as we had a plane to catch. Might pay to have a early start on the breakfast say 7.30am.”
“The Hotel is perfect in every respekt: clean, the personell most friendly. However, the mainpoint is the absolutely perfect situation, if you want to travel Japan by train (Schinkansen) the day after a longhaul flight from Europe or the US. Trains for almost all destinations leave right underneath the Hotel.”
