No microwave in room couldn't heat dinner for mother had to go across parking lot in rain to use a very small microwave took forever. key to pool area didn't work good had to pull out 1/4 way to get to work. Also no coffee pot. We had an early flight so no breakfast. went to turn key in no one at desk.”
