“The hosts were very attentive to our needs. We arrived late after being involved in a car accident and had spent a few hours in hospital. They offered to help contact insurers, were sympathetic and put us at our ease. They also were a mine of information and gave us maps and detailed directions to the most beautiful locations, chatted to us about the local wildlife, beaches and community walks. Our room had the most spectacular view across the loch. It was large and comfortable with an easy-to-use shower, plenty of towels and extra blankets. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice and served with a smile. Michelle and James were excellent communicators as many of their visitors are from abroad, though it seemed there was no language barrier. Evening meals were served in The Bothy and were superb. We enjoyed a drink at the bar. The staff were very friendly and made our evenings interesting and fun.”

“Our room was small but very nice and had a beautiful view. Everything was very clean but the best thing was definitely the breakfast :) there was a small buffet and hot meals and drinks got served by James - the owner - who knows not only how to start the day right but has also wonderful tips what to see and consider during your stay.”
