“The facilities were first class, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room and beds were large and comfortable, and the bathroom and separate toilet were well appointed. The laundry was a bonus as was the bus service.”

“Great location within easy walking distance to Nagoya train station (10 mins). New shopping plaza located directly opposite, with plenty of places to eat, including a Starbucks for your coffee fix. Reception is on the 4th floor so this was a little tricky at first. Room was smallish but a standard size for Japan. Good value for money. We stayed specifically to attend the Japanese Grand Prix and this hotel was a good base.”

“The hotel is a little hard to find, situated in between two large rail tracks, but other than that the place is amazing. Especially off-season the value for money is great, so we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There's lot's of facilities included in the room (which has sound-proof glass so that you can enjoy watching the trains go by without being disturbed by the noise) and there's plenty to choose restaurant-wise.”
“We had 2 shorts stays during this trip and are very happy with our choice of hotel. The beds were comfy and we like that there were 2 pillows on each bed. Housekeeping was excellent, the room was clean and tidy. The free shuttle service to Nagoya station was an added bonus on days when we are too lazy to walk.”
“This hotel was right across Zepp Nagoya, where I need to attend the event. Room was bigger than avg Japanese hotel rooms. Everything was pretty convenient and secure including the side doors of the building. Also I recommend this hotel to travellers who go to Nagoya by train, it has complementary pickup and drop-off service from and to the Nagoya Station.”
