“The Butler service is amazing, and the room layout its fantastic , the staff from the reception till the breakfast, and the porters, were all nice, welcoming, and very helpful. I even received my room early because i arrived to the hotel early morning, they gave me my room at 8 in the morning. That itself was amazing, and very nice of the staff at the reception. The concierge very helpful in getting tours and information. I stayed in several 5 star hotels in Istanbul, and this hotel by far is the best. Staff at the breakfast restaurant were all top notch, with their service and attentiveness to our requests.”
