“The staff were awesome - so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The service was epic, really can’t fault it. The room was very cozy and clean. The included breakfast was great and the bar downstairs is a great place to watch a hockey game especially during happy hour. It was only a 3 minute walk to Pacific Centre and Nordstrom’s, and the train station is literally next door to the hotel. Honestly can’t fault this place at all, it was a great stay :)”

“The hotel was fine except the bathtub. We did not request a bathtub so they moved us to a room with a shower. The shower was fine, but the bathtub you could not get into. Also they tried to charge us more than what it was supposed to be. The room was small and the heating did not work very well. The breakfast was good, but the re were not any restaurants around there that were to our liking and the restaurant at the hotel was a sports bar. The only restaurants were mostly takeout places.”
