“The room was spacious, really nice furniture, great bathroom. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and is really different from other hotels. Good at restaurant was delicious!”
“The breakfast that came with the room rate was outstanding. The staff was super friendly, and each room indeed comes with a spectacular view (just a slight bummer that there are no terraces to enjoy the view al fresco!). The pool experience is a unique one, and the museum with the preserved factory equipment is interesting. Overall, I'd recommend experiencing at least a one night stay here.”
“The hotel is an amazing property designed within a beautifully restored historical building. An architectural masterpiece melding old and new. Restored machinery from the early 1900's mixed with modern glass and wood enclosures. Floor to ceiling windows give views from all the rooms out over the lake that fronts the property. The staff were gracious and attentive, and the hotel restaurant and bar were excellent. There is also a lovely pool and spa facility on the premises.”

“Not much to say, it's an excellent hotel. The rooms, the staff, the facilities, everything is top notch. Location is a bit further away from Puerto Natales, but if you don't have a rental car, you can rent a bicycle for free at the reception, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is always welcoming and makes a great effort to memorize and always address you by your name, which is very appealing.”
