“Have used hotel many times without any issue but seemed to have ended up with one of the poorer rooms on this occasion. No hot water on arrival, although plenty the next morning. Pillows were in desperate need of an upgrade although mattress was lovely. Telly was tiny and could only pick up Chanel 19 and one hour of victor meldrew was enough for anyone! In fairness we could have reported it to reception but as we were only there for the one night and were out dur8ng evening we didn’t bother. Staff as always were first class.”

“It was our daughters graduation and we were a big party of young and old. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly on the front desk and in the bar. Nothing was too much trouble. Taxis were arranged quickly and efficiently. Our room was on the seventh floor and was quiet as requested. Room was clean and spacious.”
