They for example helped us with translation and transport when one of us had to go to the hospital. Also we felt really welcome, and they had a genuine personal approach. We would definetly go back to the shalimar boutique hotel if we were ever in malang. Also the massage provided by the spa in the hotel was one of the best we've ever had.”
