“Staff were exceptional - shout out to Julia with the Irish accent! At checkin was offered upsell to Club Room for Eur31 each per night (this was not a discount to the standard price). This turned out to be exceptional value as the Club Lounge was beyond expectation. All meals and drinks were included with one-on-one staff service. Outdoor heated pool was a real luxury.”

“Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern, allerdings stand unnötiger Weise ein riesiger Tisch vor dem Sofa, der viel zu groß für die Raumgröße war und den Durchgang behinderte. Das Frühstück bot eine reichhaltige und sehr leckere Auswahl an Fisch Aufschnitt und Käse, allerdings kam das Personal nicht mit dem Auffüllen nach.”
“Wir hatten für die Familie 2 Suites, war natürlich alles mega, wie in einem Hotel diesen Ranges zu erwarten. Die Suites lagen auf 2 unterschiedlichen Fluren, hier wäre ein Mitdenken schön gewesen, dass man natürlich mal schnell ins andere Zimmer geht und die Suiten nebeneinander wählt. Egal welche Kategorie einfach mal eine Nacht erst den Komfort des GAstes stellen, da man mit seiner Karte nur in sein Stockwerk kommt, war mein Sohn lost als er zur Oma wollte. Sicherheit ist schön, aber das Hotel war ja nicht ausgebucht.”
