One of the staff working in guest recognition office named Shini was super sweet and helpful. She helped me with getting traing tickets for Hangzhou so easily. She also so cleverly noted my love for Aroma Nespresso and made sure that I have it in my room all the time. She wrote me lovely greeting notes and prepared a thorough guide for all the useful information in Shanghai. She even gave me gifts saying goodbye on my check-out. Thank you Shini. You’re the sweetest i’ve ever met. :)”
“The variety at the breakfast buffet and the omelette was excellent. The bath tub.... OMG..... incredible The pool....amazing view from the pool The whole hotel from all sides offers extremely beautiful views. The flare restaurant at the top was amazing. Everything about the ritz Carlton reeks class class and more class. Room service is fast and the food was good Great choice of wine in the minibar The staff are the most professional. Plus yes they all speak english( ok all those we interacted with) and are very helpful in a not so overbearing way.”
