The hotel even sent someone to my room to help me tie my bow tie for a wedding, in addition to a bottle of champagne! We had room service sent to the pool, which provided towels, chilled lemon water, and sun cream, all complimentary. Gym and showers were also very nice. A very pleasant and luxurious experience.”
“MAJOR-MAJOR PROBLEMS IN THE ACCEPTANCE OF MY [THE FATHERS] AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD IN SPITE OF YOUR "ADDITIONAL" CORRESPONDENCE ASSURING NO PROBLEMS WOULD EXIST. INTERNATIONAL CALLS WERE EXCHANGED OVER A FOUR DAY PERIOD,AND THE ONLY MANNER IN WHICH THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED WAS BY A LEGAL DOCUMENT HAVING TO BE SENT TO ENGLAND AND RETURNED SIGNED ECT. A NIGHTMARE THAT SPOILT THE FIRST PART OF THE HOLIDAY.”

“First thing to note is that the staff and customer service is beyond reproach. The best instance of this was on the second night when we had a particularly noisy neighbour that we had to complain about. We were given $100 credit on the room and a free breakfast to make up for it in addition to understanding and apologies from the concierge. The rooms are very comfortable indeed, and the facilities and service around them is excellent too. We would not hesitate to book again.”
