They really took the time to get to know us and found out it was my wife's birthday and went above and beyond for her. They even had a personalized dessert plate (complete with the NY Ranger's Logo as y wife is a rabid fan) and a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room And then they arranged the perfect dinner for us on her actual birthday. The hotel was in a quiet location and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the Ritz in Coconut Grove....”
