We called to see if we could check in early since we got there early, and not only were we allowed to check in early, Mary Katherine offered to upgrade us to a three bedroom villa instead of two rooms (at a price we couldn't believe and still were in shock when we got the receipt at checkout). We were in awe when we opened the door and walked in! This was a luxurious villa on the lake! It was large and spacious with high end furnishings and a kitchen like you see only in magazines. Can't say enough good things about my birthday experience at this Lodge, just loved it!”

“We retreated here when we evacuated from Hurricane Irma. Despite the traffic, the resort was absolutely beautiful. Talk about TN mountains in your backyard! Wonderfully close to neighboring towns like Franklin, Blairsville and Young Harris which are filled with country shops and restaurants. The on site marina will give you lots of water activities too. Most importantly, the beds were super comfy! This pet friendly hotel was more than accommodating for our family.”

“After initially messing up our Booking.com reservation for a 2-night stay (computer foul-up we were told), the staff booked us into another hotel and even paid for the night at the other hotel. We checked in for our remaining night at the Ridges the next afternoon and enjoyed a very comfortable room. The grounds at this property abut Lake Chatuge and there is a large marina nearby. The grounds are very well maintained and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the lake.”
