Due to road conditions we arrived very late (after midnight) I notified them and they had staff available to make our booking in straightforward and quick to allow us to get to our room and settle down. Restaurant staff were more than helpful on a busy morning, but retained a smile and assisted with my seating ( I use a wheelchair). All in all a brilliant weekend enhanced by the staff and atmosphere at the hotel.”
