“Nothing. They charged high for what they called as presidential suite. They don't have their own restaurant. The food quality of their adjacent restaurant is pathetic. You will get only south indian dishes and all are spicy foods. There is no hot water in the wash room. After request for several times they provide hot water. They charged Rs. 4200 per day including tax for this room. It's not worth for money. This room should not be more than Rs.1500. It's not a comfort hotel what they claims.I'm giving zero score to this property.”

“The hotel is new and hence everything is neat and clean. It is a good place to stay if you are planning to tour the spots around Chickmagalur. We had a driver who had accompanied us. The folks at the hotel gave him a place to spend the night instead of having him sleep in the car. That was a really nice gesture.”
