Due to the amazing art deco building and features, you feel like you are stepping back in time (especially in the cool Bar); very grand; felt quite decadent in the most luxurious way. The staff, whilst remaining professional, were super (true northern hospitality) as was the room (huge high ceilings) and powerful shower (with two separate shower heads). I love this hotel...”
